Round 2, Game 3 | Cavaliers @ Hawks | May 9, 2009 - ABC 8:00 PM

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Simple question I have that I won't bother starting a thread over, but, can someone explain why Boobie gets any minutes at this point? What does he offer, exactly? Because to my eye, he looks completely useless out there.

Great game for LBJ

kinda slow paced game due to the jumpers but whatever. Got the double digit win.

=] good game today!

record ammt of wins of 10+ pts in a row?

I can't handle this anymore... I am too spoiled.

This game was a shoot around. LeBron vs rest of Cavs. :chuckles:

Case in point, he only wanted to dish out 8 assists tonight! :D

Does anyone have an inside contact on getting a hold of the Cavs 2009 NBA Champion tee shirts? I know they've already printed them, but I figure why not start sporting it now based on the fact that it's a done deal.

Please do not get ahead of yourself. It is not a done deal. Nothing is guaranteed.

By the way, you're joking right?

Great game by Lebron and team defense but Mo needs to be more aggressive for shots. Maybe it was just Lebron telling his team he is taking over.

Delonte is our starting SG, but he is also the backup point. There are times we need to rest the starting back court. Expect the Cavs to add another ballhandler in the offseason.

In the meantime, enjoy the show!

Yeah, we're playing a team that's hampered by injuries & even if they weren't, they're still not ready to truly compete for a championship.

The Magic, Celtics, and Lakers are a whole 'nother story.

I'm watching a post-game with former Cavs interim coach Keith Smart and living legend Nate Thurmond.

Nate's praising LeBron's leadership off the floor, comparing him to Jordan in the locker room. He believes LeBron will not see a defense that can slow him down until we play the Lakers. The only weakness he sees in the Cavs is transition defense.

Good to see Nate is in good health!

I love a good sweep, but if the Magic vs Celtics series plays out as it should, we'll have another long layoff. :(

This team is completely locked in right now. They're going to do whatever it takes and turn it up a notch to play shut down defense to put teams away.

Not crazy about the stand still stagnant offense for much of the game tonight. I do think we won't see it regularly and that it was used out of necessity tonight. It helps that LeBron was on fire. Once again proving he's the best in the game right now.

Looking forward to the sweep on Monday.

Why are people upset with long layoffs? We played AWESOME coming out after the last long layoff...gave the bigs a chance to rest.
