Round 2, Game 4 | Cavs @ Hawks | May 11, 2009 | 7:00 PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Noone else is concerned we give up game 4? For some reason this one concerns me.

Game 3 was the one that worried me. I think the hawks understand they are done, and won't fight much beyond the first half.

Even if I could convince myself that Mo would have another poor shooting game and LeBron would have his 1st off game of the playoffs, I don't think many of the Hawks players want to go back to Cleveland. They've been there 4 times this year, and gotten housed all 4 times.

They'll jack up a bunch of early 3's, if some hit it will be a game for a "while", if they brick em early , .....

I expect a win tonight, sweep and another week's rest.

I'm not really concerned about this game at all.

Do you think those guys for the Hawks really want to pack their bags, fly up to Cleveland on Tuesday, and get embarrassed on national TV AGAIN on Wednesday? There is no way those guys want to make that trip again.

They know the series is over and I fully expect them to roll over in the 2nd half like Detroit did in the last series.

I really don't see a young team rolling over, those kind of teams never know when to die.

If you feelin like a sweep, ni&&a go n' brush ya shoulders off

I can't wait 'til this game. 2 hours and 45 more minutes of studying through the night, 3 hours of final exam, 6 hours and 30 minutes of sleeping, and then 30 minutes of eating followed by the game. Should go quickly.

(Yes this is a random post but my head is about to explode from studying the whole day and night for my final exam)

Lets end this tonight..the team should be fired up to put the Hawks away.

Those TBA games have been sufficiently owned by the Cavaliers. If they win tonight, then that's 6 TBA games that have never been played.

took the words right out of my mouth.........Jon Barry actually said this same thing the other day (first time I think I've agreed with the dude)

but it makes complete sense---they know they have no chance of winning two games at the Q so why bother making the trip........they might put up an early flury to make the fans believe they arent rolling over, but after that they will crumble

Cavs win by +10 for the 8th game in a row!

Man oh man. If in fact we were to get this win, and especially if we blow them out...

Think about this:

Cavs would have swept twice and gotten a TON of rest.
Celts went 7 in the first round
Magic went 6 in the first round, sustained injuries
Rockets are taking the Lakers to 6 or 7. Nuggets will be well rested for that series.
Magic and Celts are going 6 or 7 and we may ultimately avoid the Magic altogether.

I mean things couldn't be going much better so far for the Cavs...

Yeah, but don't forget all the 'smart' people on TV and the Radio that told us that HC wasn't all that important, right?

The best strategy against a team like this is to piss off their bigs. I have my eye on Zaza. I think by the 9th or 10th time that Andy grazes Zazas face with his wild hair, something inside him snaps.
