Most cancer is different. That's the issue.
With a “liquid” cancer like leukemia at his age, it’s never really cured because it’s nearly impossible to remove every cancerous cell from the body. The best one can hope for is that it goes into remission long enough where it doesn’t pop back up again.Damn I thought he beat it that's why he came back

What if he really loves what he does, knows his ability to do it could end any day, and is taking advantage of every minute available to do it? Is his family also going to take off the next 3 months from work to spend this while remaining time with him? No. He can only be a sideline reporter for two more months, then the season is over. If he was my dad, I want him out there doing what he loves for every minute he still can.I like that he is still fighting, but it's a little sad that he likes being on TV so much instead of taking his last but of time off to spend with his family. I guess working helps keep your mind off it. I can respect that part.
