Just giddy over how fucking awesome Shane is. This team sure knows how to find pitching. Indians are set up well now and going forward. Dude is a fucking stud.

Only 6.5 out from the Twins. Not impossible.. Twins offense is awesome but their pitching is still a bit suspect. I don't really think we'll catch them though. The American league is just loaded. Wouldn't think with our record we'd have to fight so hard to get one of the two wild cards, but there's a lot of teams playing well in the American league.

The National league is a cakewalk in comparison.

Great game for this team. You might be able to argue that Perez has been the best catcher in baseball this season.

Definitely not; I was checking a box score a little while ago and was thinking something along the lines of “this fucker hits every game” and that he’d have to go a bit cold at some point.

I guess it just took a bit longer than I expected is what I’m making a poor attempt at saying.

Made the day trip from Cbus. Worth it to see the Tribe whoop some nasty 'nati ass. Great game to be at, tons of Tribe fans were there.

Not only that... but Twins are not that hot lately. Minny is struggling and Indians are picking themselves up at the perfect time.

In Pluto's article today he had a few lines about how the Indians front office has some data on how Tito's teams have a chemistry boost around June that lasts throughout the remainder of the season. If we are seeing that combine with an easy schedule, and can take advantage, then the Indians may very well be a legitimate playoff team and potential title contender.

All I wanted was 5-3 on this road trip to close the first half. We have a chance to make it 6-2 tomorrow.

Either way, nice to head into the break with momentum.

I think Lindor's diving stop up the middle flip to Kip for the double play just the other day ago was better.

Mercado's catch was great, but more so because of how unpolished he is out there in CF. I can't help but think a better CF makes that play more smoothly.

I wonder what the catch probability was on Mercado’s play.

So often we see these awesome diving plays because of bad jumps/routes.

I think of a guy like Buxton, who it seems like rarely has to dive because he gets such great jumps, and covers so much ground with ease.
