If you think there's a short squeeze, the price that gets set right now doesn't matter. You'd be dumb to sell now. You knew it would be a gamble. You knew prices would fluctuate. If you bought for the endgame, why would you get out before that endgame? The only reason to change is if you have new information (which I'd argue we don't really have) or if you've changed your analysis (perhaps you think that the slow, prolonged ride up, and plateau, allowed shorts to cover at that "squeezed" price above 300, and it's already over?).

If you bought this as an investment, you never should have been in to begin with.

Just out of curiosity, how far are you waiting for it to fall? Pre market so far, I’ve seen it drop into the $120s.

I'm only getting back in if it gets near 50. I had my limit order set to 40 but I'd be willing to buy a little higher.

Bought into CVAC today, bought them a few months ago, sold when they shot up because I thought it was too soon (Phase 3 trials were just starting), buying back because should be close to completing the trials. They were in the news today for ramping up production.

CVAC is the company using Tesla's RNA micro factories that print the vaccine. They should be able to scale that quite quickly and the equipment can be used to print future mRNA based molecules for other diseases.

Followed on CVAC. Up 5% today. That'll be a long hold though.

Amazon with insane earnings, stock down because of the Bezos news. It's not like Amazon actually needs Bezos for day to day decisions anymore.

I realized that DFV being used as status sucks, because the dude already cashed out 13 mil.

He’s rich. It doesn’t matter if the rest tanks.

AMC was 2.18 a couple on Jan 14th, might be reasonable to buy it ahead of post vaccine recovery if it drops back to that area. Still has plenty of room to fall from the current 7.82, though.

They built a business that's already extremely convenient, but even more so during covid and also built hte infrastructure that many (most?) other online businesses use.

Our company makes most of our sales on Amazon.

Occurred to me today that the thing that could give Amazon competition is autonomous vehicles. With those, it'll be easier and faster to order local. Place an order and have your car go pick it up with curbside pickup and have your order in an hour with zero delivery fees.

I give him all the credit in the world for still holding. He will likely still make a few more M when he cashes those options out, but it's still pretty wild.
