He wasn't hitting that shot when I covered a Charge game last season. Must of worked on that during the off season.

One of the things he told me was this....

“I watch how (Shumpert) plays, tough defender, aggressive,” Pointer said. “I try to add some stuff, different things, try to mix it up.”

If he can hit that three consistently....
