The only complaint I have about Dion so far is that his transition effort seems to be slow.

After a shot, or after he drives, he just stands there. I hope and expect Byron to beat that out of him in short order.

Well people have compared him to Dwyane Wade :dunno:

Still not concerned over Waiters. Let the man learnt to adapt and be able to study film at the pro level. Timing is the key and for some reason everyone expects 25-3-5 right away. Shots will fall, he get more calls and his numbers will look better next to KI and with some Coach Scott coaching.

Dion is out of shape and rusty. It is making for an ugly game thus far. I'm not concerned with his conditioning so much because it is a focal point of being on the Cavaliers. Byron knows very well that his team's advantage is that they're young, they need to take advantage of that and will. Dion's tenure on the Cavs is going to be a bit of a rollercoaster. He'll be dead on on some nights and can be cold as ice on other nights.

I will say, though, that if Byron can get Samardo to lose 20 pounds, he shouldn't have a problem getting Waiters to step up his conditioning a bit.

If Dion puts in the work he could have the 6 4 version of LeBron's body.

Honestly watching Jeremy Lamb, I wonder how many Gm's would have taken him over Waiters?

Dion is just trying to figure our where he's supposed to be on the floor at this point in the process. I'm going to go ahead and give him some time before I start making judgements on his game. I'm guessing he'll start to look a lot better once Coach Scott gets more time to work on him.

People would've freaked out if we would've taken Lamb at 4 as well. I would've mostly been ok with it as you can see he is able to play. Who's got the bigger upside? I think Waiters but i love how smooth Lamb can look at times.
