Eagles are struggling offensively but somehow the NFL is so scared that Tampa will lose that the refs are giving them more help than is necessary.
Bucs defense is in good enough shape to keep the inexperienced QB in Hurts off the field for prolonged periods. It'll take another season for that combo to go Burrow/Chase levels.

With Wirfs out Eagles are getting sacks on Brady.
Bullshit holding call kills the Eagles most positive yardage play, No-call late hit.
Meanwhile a "roughing the passer" call that even Aikman and Buck, known Brady fluffers said it was awful.

the remaining NFC teams will torch the Bucs, but I hate seeing my team lose to this asshole. Retire already, goddamn.

My wife is a rabid Eagles fan and said “overmatched”. Eagles overachieved making the playoffs after a bad start - reverse of the Browns. Lots of draft capital but not sure Hurts is the answer at QB.

And he wasn't even intended to be anything more than that. Wentz was just ASS. He was in an easier situation than the Eagles. Just win 1 game to go in the playoffs with no help. Choked 2 with the team the Colts have (which is pretty good).

took a game that was theoretically "competitive" and ended it with that muff. Only consolation is that this Eagles team was not supposed to be here, they have 3 first rounders at their disposal thanks to deals with Miami and Indianapolis, and there was no way the NFL would have allowed them to win (with early officiating as evidence). this team is too inexperienced to play a team like this.

The Cavaliers playoff run will piss me off far less. I know they're not winning a title this year, and the same was true of the Eagles. Knocking off Boody would be nice.

The good news is that the Bucs defense won't face the Eagles offense for the rest of the playoffs. Even if it's the 49ers, they're going to be in more competitive space going forward. Also Buffalo negated the nightmare Super Bowl match up. Now it's time for the CHEFS to keep the Coal and Piss team out of its "miracle" scenario.

I really want to talk about the overrating of the Patriots. The three pass game and the Browns blowout had everyone crowning MacOS as The Next One. And it was their defense that took a shit. Would have loved to see Brady playing with that team and getting his ass handed to him by the Bills.

I'll be paying minimal attention to the rest of the playoffs but I'm expecting no surprises. At best Titans complete domination. Or the Bills finally get over the hump, UGA style.

So far there’s been very little reason to believe the addition of a 7th seed was necessary. Eagles this year, Colts and Bears last year. Trend should continue tonight with the Steelers. I’ll give the Colts a pass because they were 11-5, which is a playoff worthy record, and they only lost by a FG. The other teams that have gotten in as the 7 seed though have been barely above .500 and they’ve been blown out. Goodell and his greed though…
