Strategy and Personnel
Less than three weeks before the start of training camp, the Browns had yet to sign any of their draft picks, though they are negotiating with first-round pick Kamerion Wimbley, who remains hopeful of being signed before the start of camp.
One sticking point is the length of the contract. The Browns want to lock Wimbley up for six years. Wimbley's agent, Joe Linta, is looking for a five-year deal. If Wimbley is signed prior to the start of camp he would be the Browns' first first-round pick to report on time since Courtney Brown in 2000.

Probably the best report from a writer outside of Cleveland so far...for the off-season that is. RIGHT ON THE MONEY!
