Carlos Carrasco being in this rotation really scares me. Odds are really against him succeeding IMO.
Tomlin is pretty terrible too. 20 spring training innings dont change the fact that his slow, straight fastball consistently does not miss bats and gets hit hard. We're all going to have to come to the realization that they may never get anything material out of Bauer.
Guys who can't control their fastball consistently will simply never materialize as starters in the league. Until that changes, I'm not expecting him to make an impact.
