I'm still just completely devastated. Haven't been this depressed about a sports injury in a while. I was so excited for that game on Thursday, the injury happened right in front of me and I knew he was done. I was positive Hoyer was our long term answer at QB. People I know associated with the team were saying the same thing. We had found a diamond in the rough. A player who was groomed and developed under one of the greatest coaches and QB's of all time. He's cerebral, he knows how to lead, he exudes confidence...the players love him. Hoyer was ready...then it all came to end a few plays into his coming out party on national TV. I wanted to throw up when it happened. I still want to throw up. Fucking Cleveland...
So how does the organization feel about him now? Still planning for him to be the long term solution? Or do they still draft a top flight qb next summer?

i would think if the browns think nearly as highly of him as max suggests sounds like there is no reason not to keep him around.
that said 5 games into this season, the browns are 3-2 clearly in the playoff hunt, if they keep winning, (or even playing 500 ball) there wont even be a chance to draft a QB.
Carson Palmer? Or did he do other shit to his knee? Because that guy was never the same dude after his knee injury.
Hoyer is probably done. I really doubt he is even on the browns roster next year.
