The Gold is Golder: New uniforms to come?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
That first uniform was what I meant earlier when referring to the two-shade striping going across the chest. I think it could be a nice, subtle touch to make the jersey look simple without being too plain.
That could very well be. I could also see a version of these bad boys, but without the shoulder stripes:

I think the numbers will match the new CAVS font, kinda like these:

Pass on every one of the candy cane linings, yes the blue lebron1.0 too

Personally, I like them, as they’re unique. Tastefully done, of course. The jersey above might be too busy and have too much of it.

Based on Arsham's comments, I think the uniforms will be something familiar- different, but something we've seen before. I think we could see a combination of these, but without the shoulder sleeve striping and perhaps with side striping of some sort:

Bottom ones would be ideal if the CAVS wasn’t curved and the white lettering was gold on the one on the right

They look exactly like LeBron 1.0 w a less sleek font

I know that isn't inherently bad but eh for me

Here’s my guess: the home and away uniforms will be the standard font they’ve used the past couple years while the alternate will have in-lines on both the lettering and numbers. I really hope they wouldn’t mismatch them (e.g. new ‘CAVS’ logo with regular numbers).

We must have fired the person who was doing our designs over the last 5 years and churning out abomination after abomination because this rebrand + those retro ones we wore this past season are huge improvements

I believe in the past it was exclusively done by Nike with input from the organization. Last year, we hired Daniel Arsham as the team’s creative director (first team in the NBA to have one).

Apparently he’s a pretty well-known contemporary artist from Cleveland and he was the one that designed both the retro uniform last year and the rebrand this year.
