I remember I was listening to that game on the radio for some reason. While I had no interest in either of the parties involved, the rally from 12 down was amazing.

I was there...and left in the seventh. Just as we got outside, there was all kinds of crowd noise. It continued until we reached the car. I listened to the comeback in the car on the ride home, pissed at my father for suggesting that we leave.
Anybody catch the Giants-Dodgers game last night? It was like a reunion. Sandy was brought in to catch, Vizquel was manning short, Kenny Lofton beat out a double play and would have stole second had it not been ball four. He also had a clear shot at taking third, but the batter popped up.
Those were good days. But if, in the next two years, we could bring Marte along, beef up first base and right field, it could be just as good, if not better.
