This is an exchange I got into yesterday with someone who is paid to talk about Cleveland sports. I’m sure he’ll roll over and eventually praise the hire, but the local media was an absolute embarrassment throughout this entire process.

You kinda put words in his mouth twice and then posted a screenshot on a message board because you got shut down for it. You went in pretty hard for not much reason. You look like the asshole here imo.
 
I agree that the offense he runs would look really good with the Browns personnel. But what about the complaints that his offense was one-dimensional? And lack of experience, very worried about that since the Kitchen's debacle

I think the biggest thing I can say to that is that Mike Zimmer has a certain style that he wants his team to run. It's unfair to place all the blame on Stefanski, especially since he was so limited with what he had to work with in his tenure.

I think the experience thing wasn't a problem, it was more that Kitchens had no clue how to be a leader or how to handle information.
