I think right up there with the most important traits for successful head coaches is to be open minded and willing to adapt to new information.
This is the reason I was optimistic about Kitchens, because he was saying all the right things about doing just that, and seemed to be calling plays that suited our personnel as OC.
Then he just...didn't do any of that at all and instead did the exact opposite, calling plays that our personnel was uniquely ill suited to run.
I'm ecstatic that Stefanski appears to be the real deal.
