Last year post ACL Rubio I’d agree. But another offseason of rehab I think Rubio is clearly better.

I'm only signing off on this because he's Polish, and Polish guys are always good defenders and shooters, because whoever wrote that scouting report someone posted apparently never heard of WWII. I'll just nickname The Winged Hussar and shout 'AND THE WINGED HUSSAR ARRIVED' when he hits a 3. Even if it's just me and my easily startled 1 year old.

Cavs don’t have the minutes or the need for a point guard with the LeVert re-signing..

Mitchell, Garland, Okoro and LeVert can handle all your backcourt minutes with a guy like Neto being brought back to handle the injuries when they come up..

Not to mention the Rubio-LeVert minutes were amongst the worse on the team last year..

I love Ricky but he doesn’t have a spot on this team anymore..

Unless Miami decided that they must have Okoro or Wade, this seems much more like an agent spreading rumors to get his man's name out there than something that's definitely going to happen
