our starter pitched like crap as well. good to see the bats getting going, we need the best bulpen to come up huge tonight.

Awesome we won 10-8 the bats come alive when Elarton gave up 5 i the 1st. Wicky gets his 35th league leading save, and we are 16 games over .500

Its Scott Elarton, i mean...come on. Of course he is going to get rocked.

i started giving elarton credit on how consistant he was and ever since then he has pitched like we all thought he would. maybe its just a slump, hopefully.

Scotty has improved this season, but it looks like he is running out of gas. Perhaps they should try Tallet as the 5th starter, or bring someone else up during sept. call-ups.

Ignoring his last two starts, elarton has been a solid 5th starter. You really can't ask much more from your number 5 guy.

i still think inidans should just send elarton down to thriple A and get someone from there or the bullpen to take his place, cuz no one can really do worse then him, so i see it as a win win for use. cuz if indians make playoffs i dont trust elarton at all, he's good some times, but in the playoffs aganist great bats idk if he can make it.

Tallet sucks he got rocked big time his last outing, I wish we would sever ties with that waste and sign someone from FA this summer..

dang, this one got postponed due to the wrath of hurricane katrina, we had a good little streak goin too, hopefully this gives everyone a chance to rest up and stuff and we can take out the tigers at a later date

goodness i didnt think that katrina would make it up that far. we have to look at this at the positive light, the a's or angels will lose ground tonight.

On a side note, we did move up to second place in wild card with Anahiem losing.

So with two wins today we can be in first place.

thanks casey blake trying to tag from 2nd to 3rd and getting doubled off at 2nd, I seriously hate this guy, he can't hit his fielding is alright but he seriously is terrible in crunch time, he is like what 31 and trying to tag over to 3rd on a hit to left field? grady and coco can do it but not this guy, I think we need to somehow get this guy out of here and get a right fielder who can drive in runs..
