Rarely do the Cavs ever play games where they're up like 15-20 against these poor teams...

I was wishing that in the 1st quarter when it was obvious our offense was going to be smoother. We've been playing the team defense all game too. I think it's mostly because Lebron gears his games to the 4th quarter on purpose. So we never really step on teams' throats.
