the NBA will hold a random drawing tie-breaker Friday, NBA spokesman Tim Frank said, to determine which order those three teams will draft in the June 27 draft.What once was a pick as high as No. 15 now could be anywhere from 18-20, depending on the outcome of the tie-breaker drawing.

Per several media twitters, the Pistons won their coin flip and will be drafting 7th.

Unfortunately can't find any info regarding coin flip for the Lakers pick..
