Carlos Delgado is 34 and he was still one of the most sought-after players last year. He's still on pace to match his career-average of 35 homeruns this year (in fact he'll probably beat it). These guys may have been on juice before, but not anymore (I guess they could still use HGH but then again so could Pronk).
