Ugh..wow

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
At no point in time did I ever say the current Browns Roster is a 4-12 team. That would be completely asonine considering we've improved more then any other team since the final game of the season. All I'm saying is it would take Washigton on Roye to go dow for an extended period to really destroy our defense. It's a thin area on our team and losing a starter would allow those Pro Bowl Caliber backs easy yards.

Sorry if it came across like I was predicting a 4 win season..far from it.

then why did you say we'd have a shot at Brady Quinn???

we won 4 games with a pathetic front 3 of JASON FISK, Orpheus Roye, and Alvin McKinley. With the added talent, we'll win at least 2 more games, even if washington or roye goes down and some other guy has to step in.

anyways...go browns! 7-9 or 8-8 and I'll be a happy camper and ready to compete for a playoff spot the next year!!! :king:

 CDT, cought with his pants down :chuckles:

btw, meant to say we won 6 games last year...so with the extra talent that should translate into 2 more wins still, but with the hard schedule it could only be one. just so cdt can't say I f'ed that up :)

IT WAS HYPOTHETICAL AT NO POINT DID I EVER SAY WITH A HEALTHY ROSTER WE WOULD HAVE A SHOT AT BRADY QUINN. SO EVERYONE ATTACKING ME SHOULD RE-READ WHAT I SAID.

Ruanu you should refrain from talking, if it weren't for your mouth the methane gas would build up inside and you would explode.

Recap: NEVER SAID A HEALTHY BROWNS TEAM WOULD BE 4-12, I said if we lost a d-lineman facing RB's like that every week we could regress. Thank you

:chuckles:

^^^^LMAO. If one d-lineman goes down, we are not going to regress into anything worse than a 6-10 or 5-11 team. WE WILL HAVE NO SHOT AT BRADY QUINN. Thank You.

It's too late, my man. We've all seen your jibblies already. :puke:

Well Lyxo I hope one of our defensive lineman don't go down but if one does it'll be interesting to see our win total. I'm not a doubter, if you've read any of my previous posts I said we had the best offseason and would challenge for a wildcard spot.

Take it for what it's worth

I disagree. We have zero depth and nobody knows how well Ted is going to perform.

Our DL is not good and is not in good shape. We have a 6th round draft pick as a backup DT, we don't have a single servicable end as a backup. We dont even have a servicable one to start opposite of Roye.

This team will struggle because of the DL and if we lose Ted or Orph, we will be hurting in a bad way.

Yeah and we won 6 games last year with an EVEN WORSE d-line!!! hell if we lose washington we just bring that stiff Fisk back because his ass will be wandering the streets because no one will want him and we do just as piss poor against the run as last year and still win at least 6 games.

How about instead of serious predictions, you guys let it play out how it's going to play out, and then evaluate accordingly at the end of the season to determine if the season was a success or a failure.

OR

Wait until the season is a little closer, before you give us your ' blow your mind' predictions..

Orpheus Roye... he's missed 8 games his whole career... not worried.

Ted Washington has been known as a stalwart player. He's quite old... but the Browns know this, and assuredly have backup plans behind the vet.

Stupid comments huh? a stupid comment saying if our biggest weakness on defense got weaker against the backs we're facing that we would do just as well is stupid?

I know Roye and Washington are solid in terms of games played but they are each a year older, glad mac is the only one who agrees that if we lose a starter on that paper thin d-line against we are effed. We are going to be facing pro bowl caliber RB's every week...

I love what the Browns have done via the draft and Free Agency but the d-line remains a weakness. I'm not a doubter I'm just saying a d-line problem as well as how well Charlie does is going to either make us or break us.
