Very aggressive defense by US. Nice. Although that gave 6 US players with 2 fouls midway thru 2nd quarter, they're stripping the ball and getting into the passing alleys.

LeBron is a surprisingly good shooter when he catches and shoots in rhythm.

I've never seen Dwayne Wade shoot lights out. It must be one of those rare days just like when Hughes shoots 50% and scores 30+ points.

I've never seen Dwayne Wade shoot lights out. It must be one of those rare days just like when Hughes shoots 50% and scores 30+ points.

Agreed.

Wade can shoot a high percentage, but that's usually because he takes midrange jumpers and flops...er, draws fouls on half of his shots.

Tonight, he's drilling threes left and right. I hope he didn't add outside shooting to his repetoire. Miami could come roaring back this year.

Still can't figure out what's a foul and what isn't in these games. Officiating is so inconsistent from play to play it's ridiculous.

I can't believe Spain didn't get slapped with a couple Techs for that little song and dance on the sideline when they thought Kobe "traveled." I rewound that play like 8 times and for the life of me have no idea what they were griping about.

Anyhow, at least it's a contest. I'm so glad it's not a blowout.

In a game when everyone's in foul trouble, you need to tell the viewers who the fouls are on.

I'm not sure whether LeBron's got three or four.
