Seems like we set ourselves up to take WR, RB, and Edge with our top 3 picks next year, barring needing to draft a QB.

OT could be an option with Wills in the last year of his contract.

Just curious - what makes you think Foreman doesn't make the 53? Do you think Chubb will be ready to go? Do you think the coaching staff likes Strong better?

I may very well end up wrong on that one.

But Foreman only makes it if Chubb isn't ready to go IMO. Otherwise I give the nod to Strong since he plays special teams and Foreman does not.

Isn't there a RB we just signed that's missing? PS guy?

D'Onta Foreman. But he only got a 1-year deal for the league minimum.

My guess is that his roster spot depends entire on Chubb's status. If Chubb isn't ready for week 1, then Foreman is a lock to make it.

But if Chubb is good to go, you don't need a third running back who doesn't play special teams behind Chubb and Ford in addition to 3D back/return man Hines.

Hines is also coming off a knee injury that caused him to miss the entire season. It’s possible neither one is ready week 1.

He is. But Hines had his ACL surgery on August 8th and Chubb didn't have his ACL surgery until November 14th.

Those 3+ months could mean a world of difference in terms of their respective availabilities.

Looks about right to me. Barring injuries and weird camp happenings.

Some quick comments about minor shit that doesn't matter.

TE is a really thin position and it seemed like the Browns sorta liked Nick Harris as an extra blocker. That Giovanni Ricci guy from Carolina might end up making the team or a guy with his skillset. Ricci is sort of a FB/TE hybrid.

I want DTR to make the team because that means he's grown a lot. But I feel like Tyler Huntley is more likely to stick around because he's more proven. He's also only like a year older than DTR.

On defense, same hope for Ika. Really hope he looks like a different guy because Hurst was excellent last year.

Where is the annual Udfa rcf thread???

There, just not when you posted this!

Also, it feels weird to go into the season with 2 TEs... I'm guessing they do something to address that issue...

They def are one injury away from having a huge whole …. Can’t imagine they won’t get some type of vet before camp

Or we hit the waivers/end of camp to acquire one...

Props @CBBI, I'd say that looks pretty good..

Only changes I forsee:

- Foreman making it if Chubb starts on PUP otherwise the Browns keeping 3 RB on the active roster, 2 on PS and Ricci possibly making it as an H-Back
- Think Hudson still eeks it out over Adeniji and they try to keep him on PS
- They try to keep 10 OL and Dunn makes it
- McGuire and Hurst are on the bubble for the last DL spot, as I could see the Browns keeping 6 iDLs and 4 DEs if they think Jefferson, Hurst and Hall could contribute some at end
- Wouldn't be surprised to see them keep 5 LB depending on how Bush and Diabate play..
- I'd be surprised if they keep McLeod over Bell considering how well Bell played last year and his special teams experience.. Hardee, Brown and McLeod are likely competing for that last DB room spot and injuries could determine it..
