Week 11 - Browns (3-6) vs. Bills (6-3) - Snow Bowl in a Dome

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Are we completely sure? Because if the receivers and TEs keep dropping passes...
Defenses won’t be able to so aggressively stack the box and run blitz.

Well, I guess they can, but I wouldn’t recommend it against a much more mobile and potent QB

it will open things up a bit just on threat alone

We all kno damn well these players quit on Woods and Priefer

It's what, week 10/11?

Defenses watch film. They identify tendencies. They develop strategies to stop those tendencies.

The Browns are know as a team that sneaks on short yardage. Everyone knows it, the book is out on that tendency. NOW add in a 3rd string center to try to get some push against a defense that has schemed against the sneak.

How about recognizing the defense and having an audible ready to counter them being stacked up in the middle?

Every team in the league has known since about week 2 that the Browns sneak in short yardage.

And despite everyone knowing that and game planning for it, they were still something like 13 out of 14 on it coming into today.

Odds were pretty high they weren’t gonna get stuffed twice in row, Froholdt or not.

They did and of course everyone says Stefanski is the moron, but there have been countless screams of “why run there when you could just sneak!” this season too.

Remember that TD pass last week that Tua threw to Sherfield in the corner of the end zone? That's exactly what the Bills tried to do. They knew we would play prevent defense robber in the redzone and attacked the right spot. Didn't succeed, but predictable defense.

Once you actually stop watching it’s surprisingly easy to keep doing it

Another solid weekend without the Browns for me.
This is true I’ve done it for the Cavs and Tribe. Football is just much less if a commitment.

Our center is getting beat off the ball on every snap. Not necessarily his fault because he's a guard playing out of position but it makes offense hard to play.
