I’m really, really worried about DTR. It’s pretty much impossible to understate just how inept he looked last time out. No matter how the defense plays a team cannot win with that level of QB play and I’m not as convinced as everyone else that it was a fluke

I don't think you can possibly use that one game to define DTR. Chill out and see how it goes today. I can't say for certain but I would wager that if you put any number of other rookie QBs into that same set of circumstances you'd get a similar result in the majority of them. Heck, a lot of rookies fail even when they're eased in gently and aren't thrown straight into the fire the way DTR was. Give it a chance. We all know what PJ is.

Not sure if just coincidence, but it seems like Cousin Eddie (JW) really pulled out all the stops in the wake of the Watson injury to keep fans engaged. White face masks, Donovan back on the call, and Chubb making an appearance again better have fans rocking today.

The part that you guys gloss over, again and again and again, is that he was considerably better than DTR

There would be a much better leg to stand on if someone, anyone was saying this before DTR started last time

But instead it’s the exact same demeanor as it was then. He’ll do good because, well, idk! But he will!
