Who expected to see a 22nd anniversary reenactment of the drive tonight?

How is it a higher amount of yardage? Kick the field goal and they have to drive from their own 25 all the way to the goal line. By going for it and failing they only had to get into range to kick a 55 yard field goal.I disagree, Greggg actually made the right decision to go for it instead of kicking the field goal. With the field goal they would have gotten much better field position than just turning the ball over. Yes, they would have only needed a field goal at that point, but you always choose the option that needs a higher amount of yardage.
Now, Gregg definitely fucked up with the whole timeout debacle, no arguments on that one.
The drive is the only playoff game I've ever been to. Also probably the quickest turn around of sport emotions. It's 32 not 22

A few people have asked but there hasn't been any official statement. I didn't catch if one of our reporters asked about it, but I would assume not.Perhaps this was covered and I missed it, but re: Njoku catch review
Why didn't they spot the ball closer to the first down marker? I get that it wasn't conclusive that he made the line, but he definitely got farther than the original spot. Is there some rule that when you're reviewing if they made the line to gain, they can only move it if he actually made it? Or did we just get screwed again?
I would've loved a play action boot. The backside end (believe it was Von) crashed HARD on the play. Baker could've crawled to a 1st down.A few people have asked but there hasn't been any official statement. I didn't catch if one of our reporters asked about it, but I would assume not.
Seems like you would have to be blind not to see that ball was clearly closer to the 9 than the 10, but they marked the ball right on the 10. I liked the decision to go for it, but I tend to prefer a shotgun run/pass option play. I despise when a team runs a slow developing run play down in the condensed area of the field.
It was also bad luck that Gregg called a timeout as Denver was going offside. But that is a luck thing.

Because the review is for first down only, you cant change the placement if they don't get the first down. So if its 3rd and 5, but you think the spot is wrong and it should be 3rd and 2, you cannot challenge that. Only challenge for first down or TD.
Basically its a dumb NFL rule that should be changed but has always been like that since reviews started.
Also why did the clock stopPerhaps this was covered and I missed it, but re: Njoku catch review

I've seen plenty of challenges for the spot. That's exactly what this should have been and it should have been corrected even if it came up short. I believe we indeed got fucked by the refs on that spot.Because the review is for first down only, you cant change the placement if they don't get the first down.
