What adjustments do you want them to make?

Their two best defensive players are out of the lineup. Playing mostly backups on the DL and they have slow footed LB’s.

I’m not sure what you expect but it’s kinda unrealistic to expect the defense to hold up all game long considering the circumstances.

The Browns are up 6-0 at half of Freddy didn’t hang them out to dry.

While I don't know exactly who has been on the field on every snap. My guess is Wilks is still playing 5 DBs, 2 linebackers, and 4 linemen. The snap counts week to week show that he doesn't change anything. He could throw an extra LB or linemen down to pressure Lamar Jackson instead of relying on DBs.
