Week 5: Browns at 49ers

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
So are Greedy and Denzel just out because they are weak bitches or what?

I'm guessing because they are injured and playing injured players doesn't make a ton of sense?

We already tried rushing Denzel back from his hammy in training camp, it didn't work.

Haven't they been "day to day" for like a month though or am I totally wrong about that?

I mean if they are hurt badly, fine, it just doesn't seem like their "status" and missing multiple games is adding up. But maybe thats just NFL gamesmanship or whatever. Just odd.

No inside Intel, but I can't help but notice the Niners receivers are the weakest starting group the team will face this season. Shanahan has great play design, but Deebo Samuel, Dante Pettis and Goodwin aren't that threatening. Might be a chance to sneak in one more week to be sure they are 100%.

Ward has almost missed 30 percent of NFL games at this point.

The injuries there are scary and depressing given his talent level.

No sense in rushing them back just to have them get hurt again. It’s better to make sure they are 100% especially when your other 2 corners have played extremely well. Same goes for higgens. I would love for him to play but if he isn’t 100% healed no sense in rushing him back especially with Calloway back

It's his second year in the league so 30% of a really small sample size.

Concussions and a strained hamstring doesn't scream injury prone. They're more than likely being overly cautious and it's for the best. No reason for him to risk severe injury just to play against the 9ers in October

Greedy, Ward and Higgins injury situation is absurd.
Higgins isn't up to speed yet and wouldn't see the field much with Callaway who was able to practice while suspended also coming back this week

I will say it would be nice to see avery out there getting reps and developing, but with the way the defense has played I dont see how anyone can complain about who's active/inactive

Be sure to continue to ignore every RCF poster that explains this to you week in and week out!

You mean the BS excuse that he doesn’t fit the system. Yet guys like chad Thomas and Chris Smith do. It’s still a stupid move.

Based on what?

In Case you havent noticed, which obviously you haven't, Chad Thomas and Chris Smith have both played well. Last week Chad played in 30% of the snaps and recovered a very important fumble. The previous 2 weeks had 2 tackles from the end position. He has been solid help against the run and part of the line rotation.

Chris Smith has played in 35% of the snaps

Also, both play some on special teams. obvious Avery plays none.

You keep saying its a stupid move, but clearly you don't understand football nearly as well as you think you do. Avery doesn't fit our current scheme as well and the rookie LB's are getting playing time over him, thus he stays on the inactive list as they cant activate more than 53 players.

Really, how is this hard to understant? Maybe its not hard to understand and Avery didnt fucked anyone's wife, maybe he is fucking you and you are butt hurt for your bf being inactive?

It's really hard to argue how the front seven is playing right now. They've been lights out good.
