Week 7: Browns vs Bengals Battle of Ohio Part II

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Odell plays too hard for me to think it's a toxic thing. He's always out there blocking downfield and he literally got hurt today trying to make a tackle after a pick.

OBJ has done nothing to indicate that he's some kind of locker room cancer in all the time he's been here. I just question if it's a good fit on the field at this point.

Agreed. I'm kind of in the trade him and draft a WR in the first two rounds next year mentality. It's another deep receiver class, at least on paper. Or trade him for a lesser WR and a good pick.

Well we made some mistakes, but we beat a bad team, despite the injuries to key players.

I lot of hate for Odell on this board, considering he was injured making the tackle on the guy who intercepted the ball. Whatever your narrative, he played hard on every snap this year. If his injury had any effect on the offense, I think its more likely his team mates (including Mayfield) were motivated out of empathy, not disrespect for Odell.

The o-line took another blow with Tretter.

I would like to see this team play healthy at some point. We have to get better at defense. I think the offense is good enough to win games into the playoffs, but the defense makes that almost irrelevant. And by defense I mean the secondary and line backers. Front line had the right number of disruptions. But for whatever reason (Players, Playbook, or Coaching) we cannot seem to cover anyone.

Last I heard Tretter checked back in. Did he leave again?

I like Odell, I just don’t think he is needed or is a fit.

We saw during the Dallas game that Odell is still a baller.

But I agree the fit just doesn't seem to be there.

The chemistry hasn't happened with OBJ. Curious to see if we can get something for him that we can turn into a defensive edition honestly.

Yeah I’ll never deny his talent. Im not sure what the problem is.All that money tied up in him just seems like a poor move right now.

Early reporting indicating a major knee injury unfortunately. Weird because the play didn’t look that bad.

Perhaps a silver lining to get the “feed OBJ” out of Bake’s head but not good regardless.

What’s weird, I truly believe the feed OBJ thing is literally only in Baker’s head.

I honestly believe OBJ when he says he doesn’t care about targets if they win.
