I've been toying with:

Nets get: Javale McGee and Cedi Osman
Bulls get: Spencer Dinwiddie and Andre Drummond
Cavs get: Otto Porter, Cristiano Felico, lottery protected 1st from and 2022 2nd from Bulls and Atlanta 2nd and 2022 2nd from Nets.

I agree with the sentiment, but Andre is a drag on the team, and it's not like he was demanding out, he just wants to play (granted he wants to play his way, and thus why they told him to stop suiting up).
Buy him out, trade him.. flat out release him..whatever works.

Yeah I get it, just through the years Drummond is like the biggest name we've been able to talk about trading since what our 3 days of having Wiggins?
If we're gonna cut ties to the leading rebounder in the NBA over the last million years, I at least hope to get some kind of return. Getting nothing just feels like a complete punt by us again on the season. This team can battle for a 8-10 seed the rest of the year. Why not do it? Trade for a piece.

Not true, we've been talking about trading Kevin Love starting the day after he was traded to Cleveland!
I get it, though. However, there is a reason we originally got him for two still-wrapped Anderson Varajao wigs and a Dion Waiters bobblehead. Andre doesn't exactly have a solid trade market.

Yeah, the Cavs gonna look like a d*ck if they don't buy him out if not traded by trade deadline (which may also affect getting players to sigb here in the future) ... However you feel about Drummond, he has been professional in handling the sitting out while trying to be traded thing and I for one believe he played hard when he played its just that the team-play/know-your-role has not light up for him (combination of low bbiq and maybe some selfishness on the court)... From what I read he seems to be a good guy and smart off the court.... It just did not worked out with the Cavs, if they cpuld not trade him, just let him play somewhere else....
