She started in with the 60 day notice shit and I knew where that sentence was gonna end so I offered to show the place to whoever they found and she seemed to agree to it

When she gets back to you, maybe say if they find a tenant earlier that you would be willing to work with them to have a smooth transition under 60 days. I think the 60 days is just to cover them but I could see them find a tenant earlier with college graduation being just around the corner. They probably just want minimal time vacant between tenants. If you move out one day and the next day the new tenant moves in then it will be the best situation for the rental company.

If there is anything that needs to be fixed, let them know now and say they can come in to fix it whenever they want. They will appreciate being able to get it ready for the new tenant and not waiting till the apartment is vacant.

Its calmed down. I called security a few times and a couple other people complained and it's better. Weekends are still rough if I don't have earplugs in
