Who is interested in a JOB? (Cle area)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This ship has sailed down fail boat alley....

I find it hilarious that some of you are equating a car to being the "x-factor" in how "successful" one is or the determining factor in someones wealth.

I can see it now, R-Law in his freshly bought cheap suit with an equally cheap tie speaking to people on the phone is his butchered Albanian accent telling people how he has a sweet Audi and that one day you can make as much money as him because he drives an Audi.

Kinda reminds me of all the foreign drive through owners that work 90 hours a week but they bought a used BMW with 150k on it and stalk women on West 6th all night with their creepy foreign accents.

And all this time, I thought James was an asshole who bragged about his fortune.

I loved the Audi since Jason Statham's "Transporter".

Just say "F" it and go for the 550 Mercedes.

I just got a Hyundai Elantra, $99 a month playboy.

Safe to assume to not going into the banking business. Clearly, my ride is not good enough.

I wasn't really going to comment on this topic, but i will now, so that people aren't misinformed.

I don't know the regulations in the U.S but my brother worked for a car insurance company for two years and had to get his insurance license first. Not that hard but he had to study all the laws and memorize 3 huge ass books in a matter of weeks. His base salary was $35,000 and had to meet a quota of 750,000. Anything above that, he earned a 3% commission. He was pretty good at his position and after 6 months got a promotion but the promotion was a transfer to the west coast division (which was kinda sweet because he didn't have to get to work before 10).

PS-This is just after 1.5 months of working there. So......I put in the time and the effort, now I am getting to see the rewards
What i don't understand is how you got the authority to hire people from a sales job that you have only worked for barely two months.

Also, if you're planning on leasing an Audi S5 then you're probably looking around $600 /month (credit better be on point) and lets not forget the insurance. I'm going to ball it around $700-800 with no tickets. $1,000 if you got priors.

Now, if you're living with your parents and have no mortgage/rent and other living expenses, then you should be able to afford the S5. When i lived with my aunt, our neighbors were Italian and they tore down their house and rebuilt a big Ground + 2. Both the sons and daughter still live with them and the youngest one is 27. I think the oldest one got married last year though.

He can do it because it's probably a pyramid type scheme.

Selling Life Insurance, I assume you would need to have a license of some kind much like having to pass something comparable to the General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7). There arent any short cuts to becoming successful in life, and if someone were to ever say "im reaping the rewards of working for 2 months and as proof, i will tell you im interested in buying an Audi," I would probably piss my pants with laughter.

Youre selling leads for a cold calling job? Sweet...that still doesnt translate into any kind of revenue because whatever "leads" you have, ill assume about 30% will talk to you past 1 minute with another half of that 30% will flake...

R-Law, youre destined for middle management.

So they've remade the classic "We do all the work, you make all the money!" salesman gig for life insurance now? Knives and sweepers just weren't enough?

Are you made an "independent contractor" which just means you are not officially their employee and they are off the hook for providing benefits and insurance? Are the "leads" provided just random people who have been cold called and promised some kind of gift if they sit through a 30 minute presentation?

Maybe this is legit, but these types of gigs almost always revolve around trying to take advantage of people and getting them to hawk some bullshit to their friends and relatives before they realize there is no future in what they are doing.

Not trying to discourage anybody who needs work or money, but do yourself a favor and research any sales gig that makes the kind of claims presented here. Sales is not easy work and a fortune is certainly not going to be made overnight.

God, I love what's happening in this thread.

If it's discovered that Ruanu is in fact participating in a pyramid scheme...and it sounds like he is...this has the potential to become a classic.

Law why dont you just say what your base salary is and if you really get comission on top of that?

I've been living at home since I graduated with a pretty good paying job, considering the amount of time I was in college, and would never thought of getting an expensive car. Its just a horrible investment.

Maybe save up for a house or other big things that may come up, like brading sea-biscuit's mane for the next big race???

If you are indeed interested in the job, PM me for details.

The rest, I am not surprised. This is classic RCF welcoming.

What's the over under of this being PrimeAmerica or whatever it's called??? lol
