A lot of you liked Moses Brown as a back up big, seems to me that Diop has more upside than Brown does.

At the presser they made it sound like they thing Diop is a 7 footer who can still be defensively switchable onto quicker guards and forwards. They said something about how slower bigs can get run off the floor and they felt this guy wouldn't be that kind of player.He may have more upside then Brown. I won't argue that. But he presents the same issue as Brown which is he lacks offensive skill. So hopefully he progresses offensively the next year or two in Spain and is ready to come over then.
