I doubt it. I loved Punk in WWE and was sympathetic to his issues with the company. But he just seems like a miserable person and is unable to be happy with a wrestling company. I think he disliked H more than he disliked Vince from his tenure with the company.
H has evolved and is a guy who attempts to build new talent, from his NXT resume... so maybe Punk would be open to this new version of HHH. But idk.
Edit. Also Punk isn't a new talent anymore getting his spotlight robbed by The Rock. In this scenario he'd be Dwayne taking the shine away from more deserving talent.

Idk who they put in as the 4th. Seems early for Cody and it would be nice to see him back. But I think they may holdout until the Rumble.

It will be interesting to see if they do 4v4 or 5v5
Either the Brutes need two people or the Bloodline needs one to sit out.
Would be really interesting if they made Jey sit out, and then Sami took the L. Would be a great way to transition Sami to his inevitable face run.

Isn't the perfect return No. 30 at the Rumble into the main event of Wrestlemania with Roman?
Obviously I know they're holding out hope for The Rock, but if that falls through.

No, I don’t believe that’s the perfect return. Kind of boring to me, honestly.
Returning at Survivors Series in the revived WarGames match is perfect for me. If he doesn’t return before the Rumble, everybody is just going to be waiting for him to enter and win, just like last year when everybody was waiting for Lesnar. Made last year the worst Rumble ever, and I don’t want a repeat.
He can still easily be your Rumble winner although I’d have him win the Raw belt a different way, maybe even at the Rumble, before having Sami win the Rumble and beat Roman at Wrestlemania.

I mean there's no chance in the world that Sami Zayn is ending Roman's run no matter how over the Honorary Uce stuff is.
They might be able to squeeze one PPV main event out of Roman/Sami, but it ain't gonna be at Wrestlemania and Roman is still going over.
Cody's the only credible person on the roster who could take the belt off Roman IMO. Unless they're gonna offer Punk so much money that he is willing to do business with Triple H again.

Maybe you’re right, but it seems like a big mistake to not capitalize on Zayn being the most over person in wrestling.
Him winning the Rumble and following up with a Wrestlemania win would be an all-time moment.

There's a good story to tell of Sami fighting Roman for a belt and having the win secured to have Roman cheat his way out of it... if you remember when Roman came back as a heel he won quite a bit of his matches with a low blow.. I think he did one against Brock during a pin attempt if I recall.. either way.. that would be a fitting way to make Sami look good and Roman still leave with the belt. Have him fight off the Bloodline. Or have Solo hesitate for a second giving Sami a chance to hit Roman with a Helluva kick. Etc etc. Roman low blow. 1.2.3.

AEW was pretty wack last night -- come to think of it, gosh they suck.
The outside the ring move Lethal put on Darby where he got Lethals feet to the gut and flipped up wards then forced himself to run into the stairs was by far the fakest shit I ever seen. Then, Double J's old ass. He's in great shape though and brought back some late WCW heel stuff+theme.
