2015 Minor League Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
3 straight days of clean sweeps by the farm...Bobby Bradley and Luigi Rodriguez both hit their 10th HRs of the season, Greg Allen hit his 5th off of 2014 1st round pick Touki Toussaint after hitting 0 HRs last season, and Nellie Rodriguez got himself RBIs 49 and 50 for the year already.

Infielder Justin Toole tossed 3 scoreless innings in Akron tonight to get the win.

Bobby Bradley with another HR today. 4th HR in his last 5 games-- his 11 HR's lead the organization.

There's some real hitting talent in the minors right now....

Bobby Bradley needs to stop striking out for me to get truly excited.

But his power is serious. He's one of the younger guys in that league.

Mahoning Valley got perfect gamed.

Neat.

So, yesterday Plutko goes 7 shutout innings, Bradley hits another HR. Today, Papi finally hit his 1st HR, and Zimmer hits a grand slam for his 10th of the year.

Wish they would call up Zimmer to Akron already. At 22 I don't think it would be to crazy to think that Zimmer could in a Tribe uniform next May.

They will. Didn't want to move him up before he had his chance to play in the Carolina League All-Star game, which just happened...should be up shorty.

Since this season is over, could they send Lindor back down so they have another year of control since he has only been up for a couple of weeks or is that over?

Wouldn't do anything.

I assume once he leaves for the Futures Game, that's the last time he's in Lynchburg.

@AZ_ anything you can tell me about Gabriel Mejia? Dude must be fast as hell, 72 stolen bases for the Dominican team last year in 70 games, already has 7 through 7 games for the Rookie League team. Switch hitter with that kind of speed is enticing.
