2019 Browns Off Season/Roster Discussion

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Surprised Tre Boston is still available. Perhaps his asking price is too high.

Does Boston make sense? I thought he was more of a free safety? At strong safety is he even an improvement over Kindred who is a true strong safety

Yea the issue is what's left out there are FSs with the best SS left prolly Jahleel Addae who's been inconsistent year to year

That changes in a week if Morgan Burnett isn't traded and that's who I believe Dorsey is waiting for

I was thinking Burnett, but is he too much money? He is making 5 mill a year over the next 2 years, if cut we can pick that up or wait for him to hit the streets.

I know he has ties with our front office from Green Bay, so maybe he makes allot of sense.

The league is passing more than ever. Having 2 cover safties should be the new trend. should be thinking ahead and not traditional. I hope Dorsey is.

Not sure I agree, a strong safety is very, very useful in nickel and dime packages when we shed linebackers. Having a player capable of guarding a TE, but also capable of stopping the run in a shotgun formation is important. I really liked how Peppers was coming along.

Turns out Lamar Jackson was Ozzie tanking the Ravens after all.

Sleeper cell finally going active when the Browns got good.

I can say I've seen Oz more dishearted when the Browns lost to Baltimore, more so than him actually being happy.

Ozzie was offered a job with people he had known and he took it and was promoted to the top over the years because he was good at it.

That doesn’t mean he ever stopped being a Brown.
