Game 35 | Cavs (19-15) @ Philadelphia (4-28) | January, 5th, 2015 | 7pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I don't know why we wouldn't just try to get Jackson and someone else from OKC instead of going via NYK unless we get Dalembert.

Basically we traded for Shumpert, and taking Smith was the only way they would move him.

The Knicks won this trade big time getting rid of Smith and getting Jackson.

This is exactly why I made that thread about the thoughts on Griffin. It seems like LeBron did all the real work. This trade is fucking putrid.

REGGIE JACKSON AND LAMB would have been steals. I would've jumped for joy.

If we got shump and jr for dion i'd say thats not toooo bad

I can't believe OKC traded Reggie for Dion. Honestly, I think they feel like they'll need to get lucky to win the title, and my thinking is that they feel Dion gives them a higher ceiling. But it could also blow up in their face. I feel like Dion is either the next James Harden assassin off the bench or a bust who falls out of the rotation. Big risk on OKC's part.

Dion's value in the league is Iman Shumpert.

Take a bow wherever you are Chris Grant.

I hate Smith too, but why would the Thunder trade Jackson? He's a better player.....

There were reports saying he was looking for a max deal, and I don't really see OKC giving him that money. They could have gotten Dion to replace him.

This is really bad.

if okc wanted dion there was no way we could trade dion for jackson? wtf

There's one big man involved in this deal who has yet to be mentioned..

Cavs will be getting Dalembert too, I would bet on that.

If we get Dalembert and Shumpert, with a throw in of JR smith and get to unload Dion in the process I'll take it.

I worry about Shumpert's injury history though he seems to always have some sort of nagging injury.

My guess is one way or the other, we will end up with either Perkins or Dalembert. I hope so, anyways.
