Indians Trade Deadline Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Price could be moving in a three-team deal, per Mark Topkin.

He's got this story cold if anyone wants to give him a follow.

Walters played 2B, 3B and LF mostly.

Absolutely crushes lefties, the Indians have left-handed hitters at all three of those positions.

Kid will have a place on this team, and could play his way into a super-utility role or an everyday role depending on his play.

It's clear the Indians want guys who can help them both in the short-term and the long-term.

So he's what they wanted out of Raburn?

I'll say.

Since they really like the kid, where is he going to play come next season? The ultimate utility man. Since boobie stated he plays 2nd, 3rd, and OF.

That's one way of looking at it, in the short term.

In the long-term, he's younger with more power and is a better athlete.

I have a gut feeling that we are going hard after Price.

Does this men Lindor is called up and gets some playing time or do they still wait until next year?

No information, but I'm guessing the deal centers around Drew Smyly and Castellanos.

Tigers get Price. We get Walters.
