Is trade him for Wiggins and add that second round right now.

Would trade Love for Draymond in a heartbeat.
Dude has zero heart and puts zero effort into the game.

Love looked like a monster because he was surrounded by no one who was going to take shots from him. Rubio? No. Brewer? No. Pekovic? No. Wesley Johnson? Nope. Kevin Martin was about it.

If Wiggins keeps improving at the rate he has this season people are going to puke realizing we are stuck paying Love like 4-5x more per year than Wiggins over the next 5 years when Wiggins is already looking like he's not far away.
I was posting elsewhere at the time, but I was in the camp that though a cheap $7 million a year type Pau Gasol and Wiggins would have far more impact than just 1 Kevin Love.

Excuses on excuses for Love. Fact is he is playing like crap and a player who is supposedly this good shouldn't need all the excuses.

No more love for Love? Anarchy on rcf? Will W&G give his blessing? Find out next time on rcf!

I hope Love and Lebron splits. Too many cry babies on here, would rather read them bitch about players like Earl Clark instead.

Did you not see him bitch and moan after every play he didn't score? I'm not coming here to hate on Love, but people are blaming everyone around him and not HIM. Guy gets rejected a lot, fumbles most passes to him, and then expects to get a foul called every time someone touches him while he's lobbing a shot up.

The thing about this is Love actually DOES get fouled an awful lot. Scratch that, people are straight up slamming him in the fucking head out there and he doesn't get calls for it. It's a messed up situation.

That's been a trend for the Cavs in general this year. They get absolutely fucking man handled in the paint and get about half as many calls as they should be. He got hit in the head twice in one play the other night and they didn't call it a flagrant foul. NBA officiating has to be the very worst in all of professional sports.

can't wait to see what happens when we get some of our defenders back and play them with Love. Don't forget that our 3 best defenders Shumpert, Lebron and Marion are not even playing at the moment. Hopefully those 3 guys together with Love will make us see him flourish.

I was one of the biggest opponents of the Wiggins Love trade on this forum. I'm not about to say I told you so yet. We have three very talented players in Kyrie, Lebron and Love, all who have their own flaws (well not Lebron). This is a luxury few teams have. Hopefully they figure it out.

I'm still trying to figure out how Howard's foul on Love wasn't called a flagrant...Especially after seeing the flagrant call on Aaron Brooks yesterday (definitely should've been a common foul)

I hope when our team gets healthy and hot, we start getting more calls.

An optimistic Kevin Love in the USA Today piece on the Cavs:

"We know that things are going to work out," Cavaliers forward Kevin Love told USA TODAY Sports. "I know that we have a lot of talent here, guys who can do a lot of different things, so I tend to look at that more than the negative stuff...

You saw what J.R. can bring (in scoring 27 points on 11 of 23 shooting against the Warriors). Whether he starts or comes off the bench, he can fill it up. Shump, he can add a lot, especially defensively, he brings a very high energy there and is a big player. With T-Mo (Mozgov), I've never played with a guy of that size and you saw a little bit of what he'll be able to bring tonight (Nine points, eight rebounds, one block in 26 minutes)."

"This has been a hell of a process here with these guys out," Love said in our chat. "The last four, five, six, seven games – I can't remember how long it has been – but we've dropped four straight, and it has been trying. But we know we have to get everybody healthy, and when we have a full roster, we're a totally different team, so we have to continue...

If this would have been my second or third year (in Minnesota), I probably would have been very upset and not talking to anybody, but I know that we have a lot of talent and we're going to be able to make some stuff happen – especially with the moves that we made. They'll help us."

We have to end this narrative that our team doesn't receive any calls. We're the least penalized team in the entire NBA (with a league-low 17.9 fouls called against us a game) while getting the 7th most fouls called a game (21.5) against the opposition.

Informative, but it doesn't change the fact that as I see it Love gets fouled more often and harder than anyone and doesn't get a lot of those calls. In fact it seems more likely he'll get a call on a tap of the arm as he's shooting than getting slammed upside his head. The referees just let it keep going until he gets a minor injury.
