LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Wow...

I think this is good though. The fact that someone caught this may actually work in Cavs favor. Now LeBron knows if he bolted back to Miami he'd look that much more like a real jerk, because it would seem that leaving Cleveland for the second time would look like a premeditated move right from the start of the season... Not sure if he'd want to tarnish that legacy of his like that.

It's not heavily edited, they just dropped the main channel(s) which had the commentators on it (Kevin Harlan?). Other audio channels had the ambient/camera mics on. It's also interesting that the line that could be misinterpreted was when LeBron was covering his mouth with his jersey.

He obviously means Wade is going to come to the Cavs next year.

He clearly didn't want anyone hearing what he said..

I don't think LeBron is that dumb. Heck he probably covered his mouth to bring more attention to it. He knows nothing he says on a court is private. At least I hope he does.

I keep feeling like this is some terrible soap opera. NBA WWE style, or something. I'm sure it's in Las Vegas' best interest for the Cavs and LeBron to suck as long as possible. /tinfoilhat

Maybe he met something about business related?

I have no idea, but LeBron is the one that preached patience in the letter and during training camp, so maybe we shouldn't trust what he says anymore?

Or maybe he meant "The cameras will catch this and run with this for sure."

And then they didn't and so they needed more obvious help. Enter Chris Haynes.

Uh..now I'm convinced this forum is read by the radio stations(lol)..92.3 is playing the audio of the Lebron/Wade chat.

Great, watch LeBatard pick up it next and then we'll really never hear the end of it.

Yeah, this thing has been all over Twitter for the last hour or more. It didn't originate from here.

Man, this is pretty damning.

I just can't believe he'd actually do this. I know he left before, but he really seemed to go all in this time - the letter, the homecoming event at InfoCision, the Nike/Beats commercials...it's just a complete 180. I can see him pulling a power play to get the coach he wants and/or the players he wants, but leaving? Especially knowing they mortgaged the future for he and Love?

Most importantly, I don't think he'd be able to come home. I know he left once before, but he'd really look like a phony and a coward this time.

Hopefully it means something out of context or his emotions returning to Miami got him saying things he didn't mean.

For the first time, I'm concerned.
