If he's on the board late in the second I'm taking the chance. He doesn't have to play LT, just be serviceable at RT and protect our "investment" in a 29 year old QB..

Yep, Massie and Hill are my guys. I don't expect the Browns to carry 10 rookies, if there was a time to move up I'd think it'd be now.

Maybe. We have the one 2nd and the one 3rd. I know Heckert likes to move up and we have some extra picks left to do it. We still wont carry 10 rookies, so a 6th or the 5th could still be used to move up a bit if a wr or rt we like is still available.
That said my goal for the draft was not te leave the first 4 rounds without a top rb or wr, rt and qb. Reason for me its WR or RB is because either one would be a playmaker. We have that now. We now need someone to block for the play maker.
But hey, if we end with both, i am all for it.

I'm torn on Weeden. He's got a ton of talent, but his age bothers em. I still think he can be a lot better than Colt. I just hope we can get something of value for Colt, even if its moving up for Hill (dream pick).
The way I see it, say Weeden has a 6 year career, do you really see Colt lasting 6 more years here? I don't. Why not take a chance on superior talent? Besides if he even lasts 3-4 years, let alone has winning seasons, he will be worlds ahead of anyone we have has since 1999.
