I am not high on Newton as others are, but I don't mind your team, especially for a 14-teamer. Your WR's are going to be hit or miss.

As I said, I think I woulda skipped on Newton in the 2nd (2nd for Newton?!!!!!!!) and picked up a stud WR. And you are really reaching for Reed in the 5th, but you should do good.

You are probably right. Newton was kind of a panicky pick.

Our drafts are kind of weird, lots of people who don't do fantasy football or have only done it once. So a lot of people piggyback off of others, ie once QBs start going, everyone takes QBs. I was afraid I would miss out on a decent QB. By the time I got Cam Newton at 24, Peyton, Rodgers, Brees, Stafford, and Luck were off the board. After I picked, Kaepernick and Russell Wilson went. Between by picks of Newton and Alshon Jeffery (24-33), WR's Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb went, so those are the two WR's that I "missed out" on.

WR was my strong suit last year with AJ Green and Josh Gordon doing well for much of the season...this year might be scary.

Please, please sign me up next year in your drafts with your friends. 6 QB's taken in the first 24 picks?! Were they all in a food coma from Swenson's?! I get why you took a QB that early then, but I probably still would of waited and hoped no one took Romo or Cutler.

13/14 people in our league have like one year of FFL experience. Maybe a couple people with a couple more years experience. One guy who has a lot of experience, come to think of it, idk why he's in our league...I think we just needed a 14th.

And trades must pass a league vote so trade fucking isn't that easy.

Jordan Cameron is kind of a joke pick. We all went into the draft joking that we would pick Cameron in the first round because one of the other girls in the league really, really wanted him last year, but didn't get him, and that was the running joke throughout last season. Then...someone actually did pick him.

Wow, your WR's are stacked. When did you get Gordon?

My league is a 12-team real compeititve. If my team looks anything like that I will die of happiness. I would possibly even think of trading a WR or 2 for a good RB. Have no idea how Ellington is going to pan out yet.

That's my plan, trade a WR for a RB. I got Gordon in round 9 or 10, everybody was just looking at the rankings in my league so I was able to snag him later on.

I'm not so sure. With a top 2 RB in the fold, why not take the top WR in Calvin or the top TE in Graham? Those two are sure-fire studs at their positions by a lot in most rankings.

Edit: My draft is Saturday of labor day weekend and then the RBF draft is Sunday. I will post all my shit after that. My yearly draft is 12-team, standard. 1-3-2-1-1-1, no flex, bench.

Any league that allows owners to vote on trades sucks. Trades should only be vetoed due to collusion, not because one owner seemingly gets lesser value.

No team to rate yet but I'm proud of my 23 min work in paint for my soon to be drafted fantasy team picture and thought I'd share it for the lols

I know Graham puts up WR numbers, but I don't think I would ever draft Graham. I pretty much expect my TE to get me ~6pts/week with the occasional 10-15pt. games. I would much rather have a top WR.

Now watch me draft Graham next week...I don't know my draft slot until 30min. before. Maybe if I get the 12th pick I might wrap around and grab him.

Graham gives you a huge advantage over the opponents tight end. I think it was like 4 points in standard scoring on average. That allows you to take him and draft a slightly "less" talent at another spot.

I have another draft coming up on Monday. Any suggestions on what to do in the late late rounds besides kicker and defense and Josh Gordon? Super sleeper guys. I will probably end up dropping half these guys anyways.
