You can get a huge crockpot (6 quarts) which holds literally an entire bag of frozen chicken for under 50 bucks. They also have seasonings you can buy in packets specifically for crockpots.

As far as recipes, I'll shred some up for salads, mix some with guac and tomatoes. Invest in rice paper too. Can do a simple seasoning, wrap the chicken up with lettuce, maybe a few other vegetables and vary dipping sauces.
 
i'm down to 177.8 lbs, thats the lightest I was before i bulked for a month, so by that logic this is also the leanest ive ever been

got my bronkaid today, gonna start EC stack tomorrow

my GF moves in this weekend too, and she loves to use the crockpot so ill be having her devise some awesome chicken for me, if something is good ill holla at you guys

so TIL adderall is an excellent tool for cutting

got an rx from my doctor for unrelated reasons and it has absolutely destroyed my appetite. just....completely. took at 9am with a few oz of nuts and strawberries - not even the slightest desire to eat anything since.

i'm trying to gain a bit of weight too so this is kinda awful

just ask for it. its 6 bucks a box, which is like 30 pills i think.

id stay away from adderall. awful for keeping muscle and elastic band effect on appetite. it will snap back

Get the 60 ct box ($15 before tax iirc) since you need to take it 2 or 3 times a day.. i did 2 pills yesterday. ...Feels a hell of a lot like taking addy lol i was fuckin wired and focused in big time. Also had to force down something as delicious as Qdoba, so appetite suppression is strong

I know it was autocorrected, but "bro laid" is hilarious

Did yuo have to say anything to get it though? Or can anyone just walk up to the counter and ask for it?
 
I just committed a punishable offense by law. Bought protein this morning and didnt realize until I started scooping it was vanilla :(

Yeah, bought that whey protein isolate shit and almost had vanilla. There were 2 old women with a grandson farting in the aisle and I was clearly disturbed.
 
I bought some in the sale that was vanilla. SO BAD! It was really cheap but as I only used it once it ended in incredibly expensive. Still in my cupboard now

you could ask for it, but its a stack of papers on the shelf instead of boxes, i just took one up to the pharmacy counter and the tech was like "ok cool" they input your info on your license and away you go. Its just like buying strong cough medicine

I had umbilical hernia surgery a shade under 3 weeks ago and I have been out of the gym for the most time that I have been for the last 3 years. I am literally on the verge of going insane.

I've had umbilical hernia surgery the same time I had my breast surgery. I was back to working out in a week I just wasn't supposed to left anything very heavy, but that was more so about my breasts and not the hernia.

Was yours that big?
