LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Sure Lebron left Miami with 4 straight Finals appearances and now he wants out of Cleveland again. He maybe dumb once but not again.

He knows what he has to do, he just simply refuses do to it. He knows that he has to be the head of the snake on the defensive end, but he chooses not to. Sometimes he'll try and then after he sees the type of effort that Love displays on the defensive end, he'd instantly revert back to his laid back style. I think he's surprised of how poor Love is on the defensive end. He realizes that he'll have to waste a lot of energy to cover up for Love's pathetic display on the defensive end.

He's already giving Cavs the same treatment that he gave Miami last year. He played his heart out last year and set the tone early in games in the finals, but his teammates didn't showed up. LeBron doesn't like to waste a lot of energy in losing effort, this is why he picks his spots of when he wants to turn it on or off. I don't know what the hell he's waiting for, but he needs to be the one to set the tone on the defensive end every night. When you're the best all-around player on a team, you have to take the responsibility to lead by example. You can't shy away from the challenge.

Unlike some fans on here, I knew what he went through in Miami in terms of the loads he had to carried and it definitely took a major toll on him, but at the same time, LeBron doesn't seem like he want to play the way we all know he can.

Last two years, he did everything for Miami: leading scorer, assist man, rebounder, offense initiator, lead the jump trap defense, carry Miami without Wade in there. I'm scared to think that he just doesn't have any energy left in those legs. These are minutes that have him equivalent to a 35 year old when you consider how much he played as an 18-19-20 year old.

So I must be the only one that thought Lebron post game comments were fine?

I'm sure you're not the only one. I found tonight just strange all around, combined with Blatt's comments. I could be wrong of course- and hope I am.

LeBron wants to run things the way he wants and doesn't have any respect for the unproven NBA-ready rookie coach yet. He's not going to say it out loud, but i don't think he's fond of Blatt's coaching style. A defensive-minded head coach would have made LeBron's job easier from the get-go. He's so used to play for defensive-minded head coach. He's also not used to playing with a talented scoring PG like Kyrie who pounds the ball more than LeBron does.

I know some of you wouldn't believe it, but I'd bet that LeBron would be okay with the Cavs trading Kyrie for his buddy Bledsoe and some key pieces. LeBron wants to run the team the way he did in his first stint with the Cavs and the way he did in Miami minus the burden of leading the team in RPG, etc.

LeBron is just trying to completely ruin this franchise. He came back so we would trade away Wiggins for one year of Love, and then him and Love will bolt. He just did this to sabotage the franchise. It's all part of his plan.

**Clarification: This post was a joke, if you couldn't tell. I feel like some of you might take it serious w/ the overreactions going on in this thread**

I said it before, Miami ran him through the ground, but they did brought the best out of him. LeBron wasted a lot of energy in some meaningful games in which that he won and wasted more energy in games that he had no chance of winning. 4 straight finals with a team that relied on you to do everything at a high level, 2012 Olympics, and a lot of off-season travels, etc. I see why he doesn't want to burn himself out, but the timing isn't good. He has zero chemistry with the Kyrie and Love, and those guys aren't as ready to win or proven winners the way Wade and Bosh were.

LeBron needs to be superman again, but I don't think he wants to waste energy in losing efforts. He'll only play hard if it's a close game that he knows he can win and sometimes, he'll get carried away and make some mistakes in late games because he has no rhythm since he picks and chooses when he wants to play like he gives a shit.

Nah, I think he secretly wants Kyrie off the team so that the Cavs can get all the pieces that he needs[shooters, another good wing defender and a rim protector]. I think he really wants to play with Love more than anyone on the team, but he didn't thought it'd be this hard to develop chemistry with him. LeBron likes to do things at his own pace and he usually gets good results, but he simply can't do that anymore because Kyrie needs the ball in his hands to be effective. It's important for the Cavs to follow Miami's blueprint. Let LeBron be the first option/primary playmaker of the starting lineup, and let Kyrie be the man when LeBron isn't on the court the way Miami did. LeBron and Wade knew how to set up easy shots for each other. Wade was effective without the ball. They knew when to pick their spots on the offensive end without disrupting each other's rhythm, etc. I don't think we'll see that type of chemistry with LeBron and Kyrie.
