Johnny Manziel: Swan Won't Return His Calls

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
That's his schtick. He does that just so people listen and complain. I don't think he actually believes it if he says they're going to lose against Indiana, but just to get people calling in and fired up.

On a side note I did here from somebody in the service industry that he's a huge douche bag and this is from somebody that doesn't listen to sports talk radio. They also said Cherry is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Rizzo i was told is kind of a strange guy, but not an ass.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk at your local pub.

I probably could have told you all three of those things just by listening to the three men talk on the radio. Cherry seems like a nice dude. He's just a terrible radio host. Goldhammer entertains me believe it or not, sometimes, but is definitely a douche in his every day life. Rizzo is all right, but I can see him being really, really quirky.

An eager Cleveland Browns fan sparked a massive fight at The 9 when he approached Johnny Manziel and his "entourage" late Friday night, according to a police report obtained today by Scene.

Cleveland police were called to the apartment's lobby at 2:36 a.m. for a report of a "riot" involving 20 men and two security guards.

The alleged victim, 33-year-old Sandusky resident Chris Gonos, reported to police that he and his girlfriend spotted Manziel while waiting for an elevator at the high-end apartment complex, where many Cleveland professional athletes live, and professed his love to the rookie quarterback.

Gonos told police he pointed Manziel out to his girlfriend: "That's Johnny Manziel." Then he approached him.

According to the report, "at this time victim stated to the unidentified male, 'I'm the biggest Browns fan ever, I love you, I want to give you a hug.'"

Gonos stepped towards Manziel and was promptly punched in the face, the alleged victim's account to police says, followed by a beat down by Manziel's crew, giving the man a "swollen lip, right eye swollen, red face." A security guard intervened and also was hurt.

Kenny Didier, general manager of The 9, told Scene "We have no comment on any of that."

We reached out to the Browns for comment and will update with the team's response.

Probably would have had better luck if he said "How ya doing Johnny?"

Sounds like a guy looking for a lawsuit.

So here's my take... (before the news comes out)

The fan is dumb as shit for walking up to him and trying to just blatantly give him a hug with his "crew" around him. Alcohol was definitely involved on both parties most likely sparked some stupid actions.

Johnny's "crew" is garbage if this is true, as well. Going for a hug and a punching motion is completely different. If his crew jumped a guy for literally stepping towards him to give him a hug, he needs to find a new "crew"

Let's just hope Johnny didn't do anything.

No cameras??? Seems odd.

Dustin Fox wants to know what Johnny was doing in his residence on a Friday night. :chuckle:

Can't wait for the lobby video of this one. :chuckle:

How are you the biggest Browns fan ever if you have to id Johnny to your girlfriend?

I know of the family of the guy that approached Manziel...They own this shitty restaurant in my hometown of Sandusky...The family is extremely sketchy

^ After Cleveland Scene put that Johnny was throwing punches in their article. Going with the click generating headline, then correcting it after you've got the facts. This is part of the reason why I strongly dislike Scene.

Allegedly this is the dude that got popped by Kirk...looks like someone that deserves to be punched. :chuckle:
