You could say this for 95% of players. Where have the Browns gone with the great Joe Thomas at LT? Revis has won a lot of Super Bowls...It's a team effort and WR is part of the puzzle. The Browns need a WR, especially if they get rid of Gordon. A WR may touch the ball 10 times a game, but he still has an effect on every offensive snap. You can dictate coverage and open up the game for other players.
You can say that about 95 percent of players...on the Browns.
But there is a clear formula throughout the league that are good predictors of success.
Wide receiver is not generally one of them.
Offensive line/running game, defensive front seven, quarterback....yes, higher priority.
