Anyone else find it funny that when mentioning his teammates on twitter he was on the "K's" and decided to skip over Kevin and instead mention Tristan before him? Maybe it is just me.

I pretty much envision Perkins as the same guy who completely fucked our shit up more than 6 years ago...
Fuck that guy.
Now we fucks with his dead corpse. This may be a blessing in disguise.
We now fucks with dead corpses. It's a zombie world out there so who knows...
Rebound. Foul.
I think that's all we can really ask for. LeBron will get him some easy dunks.
Only a crazy female would dig into it that deepAnyone else find it funny that when mentioning his teammates on twitter he was on the "K's" and decided to skip over Kevin and instead mention Tristan before him? Maybe it is just me.
This is just false. Not grossly false, but categorically false. You're also only citing at the rim, when you should be citing within 10 feet, and overall defensive impact. The game has passed Perkins by in many ways. This is not the 2009 version either. The league plays with pace and spreads the floor now, which directly exposes Perkins' weakness.

In many ways, Kendrick Perkins presence actually increases shots made within 10 feets, and thats WITH maybe the best shot blocker in the league (who is also one of the best help defenders in the league) playing next to him.
Secondly, he's a huge net negative on offense. This guys is a flat out negative player.
I don't want to turn this into an analytics discussion, but just trust me that he's been the laughing stock of that community for a couple years now.
There's a reason OKC didn't even see a use for him enough to keep him as insurance. I'm fine with him being insurance only. If he gets 15 minutes a game, it's a mistake. Against a couple teams? Fine. Other than that, he should be next to Mike Miller barking like a rabid dog. That's mostly what hes useful for now.
FYI,
Kendrick Perkins is 18th in the league among centers in DRPM.(Hibbert 17th)
Mozgov is 24th.
Perkins was 17th last year when Larry Sanders, Marc Gasol, Andrew Bogut, Dwight Howard and Omer Asick were the Top 5. Chris Bosh was 16th last year.

But why is he a duck, as opposed to, say, a deer, a bear, a wild boar? You get the idea...
