I'm sure it's been pointed out already, but JR has always thrived in situations where there has been a clear structure in place with vets that will take the lead. When he had success in Denver, it was with Chauncey. When he had success in NY, it was with Kidd. Put this guy in a system with vets who will hold him accountable, and he's really good. Take that structure away, and all hell breaks loose.
