Is Joe Montana Football with 2K Sports Becoming A Reality?

http://freeonsmash.com/gaming/is-joe-montana-football-with-2k-sports-becoming-a-reality/

"That’s why you haven’t heard anyone saying anything, but a lot of people are having a very hard time because what they seen was unbelievable and it’s been impossible to go back to Madden or even take Madden seriously after that. It’s like, how you felt when you had an NES and you saw Sega Genesis for the first time. The step up in quality is THAT big."

Oh it's coming. And because of Xbox One and Windows 10, they can get around the licensing agreements with the NFL. You can make an NFL game, but it can only be console specific because Madden is the only thing allowed to be multiplatform.

Joe Montana 2k16. I'm down.

My god is that great news. 2k making another NFL game is exactly what I was waiting for.

As far as PS4 vs XB1 goes, as someone who was an original Xbox and 360 owner who never cared that much for playstation consoles in general, I'm glad I didn't buy an XB1 at launch and went PS4. The PS4 at launch was in a different league than the XB1; MS botched that pretty hard. Its slowly catching up, but its not there yet. I'm hoping it surpasses the PS4 because I've always preferred Xbox, but if you think it already has you're delusional.

So... Anyone else picking up Bloodborne? I have been on a big Wii-U kick lately but tonight I am celebrating by playing some Wolfenstien and Driveclub. I love the PS4 do not get me wrong but it needs a heavy hitter. Indies are not yet huge with the console gamers so the PS4 needs this to be big after the let down the The Order was.

Don't have a PS4 but it's still a niche title. There's a certain group of gamers that love it *Demon/Dark Souls* but for the most part, the majority of people will hate it and won't be able to get into it.

That said, I will eventually buy it when I get a PS4, but more worried about JRPGs like Persona 5 and Disgaea 5.

Yeah Disgaea 5 you know will not look like a PS4 game as each game looked like the system before it. That said that will throw off gamers or "modern day" gamers. Basically content is what I like more than good looks. So the market may not be ready for new Disgaea 5. As for Persona no idea what that will be. The series is odd and this seems like a great time to throw a curve ball.

I loved Demons Souls even more than Dark Souls. Bloodborne seemes to have a hub and I like that. One thing that made The Souls games good is they took hints of gaming from the mid 80's to the early 90's and made a stripped down concept so modern. If Bloodborne can pull this off in the setting they are trying to do. Watch out.

I'd prefer thousands of RPGs that played like old school SNES/PS1/PS2 RPGs as long as they were turn based RPGs with world maps etc. I fucking miss that shit. That was my genre of game. So Disgaea's strategy is right up my alley, and I've always loved the Persona series, and can't wait for 5.

I get you one hundred percent. I miss the top down... I can still see me playing Suikoden 2 in my dreams. However unless you or myself becomes the next big game Dev I see dim lights. I do remember putting so many hours into Disgaea 2, Oh ma The feels. I basically got mad when I had to stop even for sex.

Ps4 had a massive update the other day. Haven't checked much of it out, but it looks like they have added a feature for voice commands now too (which I'll never use). Some stuff with the layout changed too.

FFXII had the best JRPG combat engine.. Game was like crack. Only RPG where I logged more than 220 hours. Star Ocean 3 was second up at 207 IIRC.

Now that I think of it, yeah.. I think time played would be something like:

1) FFXII - 224hrs (100% completion, all weapons, all quests)
2) SO3 - 207hrs (100% completion, all weapons, items made)
3) New Vegas - 196hrs (100% completion, Brotherhood)
4) Fallout3 - 170hrs (100% completion, Brotherhood)
5) Oblivion - 150hrs (90% completion, all gates)
6) DA:O - 130hrs (99% completion, missing like 2 sidequests)
7) KOTOR - 124hrs (100%)
8) FFX - 120hrs (100%, all monsters, best weapons)
9) FFVII - 110hrs (100%, all side quests, all bonuses)
10) Xenogears - 104hrs (100%, all side quests, adult Emeralda)

Halo 5 on 10/27/15. Their live action trailers are always spot on.

Edit: Trailer 2

I'm sorry, how does this make sense? Can you explain this a bit more..

KOTOR always fucked me because, if you dont go in the right order or don't have a high enough persuade skill you can't 100% it.

That said , I recently discovered you can play it on your phone and it blows my mind.
