You're probably one of the same people who were PRAYING to miss them in the playoffs last season too. Meanwhile they went to the lottery, and we took the Warriors to 6 games with Kyrie and Love in street clothes.

Haywood contract, could have maybe gotten Aldridge/Love, the good life

It's a really talented starting lineup on paper. Getting Mcroberts back and adding Winslow bolsters the bench squad.

But we don't need this "oh no I'm scared" stuff here. Especially when we got Lebron.
 
You know, I remember last year at this time someone mentioning that they were scared of the Miami squad and that we should all be taking them more seriously.
 
I wonder if the Cavs were talking to the Bucks about Dudley too. Seems like he would have been a decent fit for us.

Naw I'm assuming the Haywood chip very likely gets used right after Aldridge makes his decision.

He has nothing to lose, Riley obviously was never going to give him the long-term contract he wanted right now. He gets a 4 million raise from opting out.

I don't think Wade lost, I think he gets more money, and still gets to keep his options open.

Riley wanted to sign him for under 10 million per year. So how much money is he really risking right now? 20 million?

I think Wade would be willing to gamble on that.
 
I am not worried about any team in the East. Heat will be better and possibly trouble us "IF" they have everyone healthy, but even then I expect us to defeat them in six like we defeated Chicago.
 
The only thing that should have anyone worried, is if LMA goes to SA.

What everyone else does, I really don't care. No one in the East is beating us. We rolled through the East with no Kevin Love, and basically no Kyrie Irving people.

We are so far ahead of everyone else in this conference, there's nothing anyone does this off-season that's going to close the gap that fast.
